Joint box
The connection box is a connecting device between the hole opener and the clamping valve, as well as between the plugging machine and the clamping valve. It also serves as a storage chamber for the construction's tubular cutter and plugs. Design pressure: 6.4MPa, 10.0MPa; Product specifications: Φ114 - Φ1219. The plugging connection box is a pressure vessel that connects the hydraulic cylinder and the plugging head. The upper part of the connection box is equipped with a pressure relief valve device to discharge gas from the sleeve and to relieve pressure when the machine is removed. The lower part is equipped with a pressure joint for the balance pipe, which is used to balance the pressure on both sides of the plugging head when retracting the plugging head.
